Co-Op Course Directive

Within the scope of this course, at the beginning of each semester, the benefits and outcomes of the co-op program, as well as the supervision and evaluation processes, are explained to students on campus for two weeks. Following this, students are required to attend the workplace one or two days per week throughout the semester.

Students who wish to participate in the co-op course must have a GPA above 2.50, meet the GPA requirement determined by the department offering the course, and have successfully completed all courses in their first four semesters. They then prepare their resumes and upload them to the Student Information Database. Company representatives select students based on the quotas specified in the protocol.

The tools for implementing the co-op course processes for each department are summarized in the table below for the 18 undergraduate programs at our institute (detailed information can be accessed from the undergraduate curricula available on the departments’ websites).

The summary information in this table is valid for the 2025-2026 Academic Year. As curricula are updated annually, changes may occur in subsequent academic years.
